Dialectical Behavior Therapy

DBT was originally developed to treat borderline personality disorder but is now used more broadly. It combines cognitive-behavioral techniques with mindfulness practices to help people regulate emotions, tolerate distress, and improve relationships.  

Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

TF-CBT is a specialized form of CBT designed for children, adolescents, and adults who have experienced trauma. It combines traditional CBT techniques with trauma-sensitive approaches to help individuals process painful memories while developing healthier coping skills. 

Internal Family Systems Therapy

IFS views the mind as made up of different “parts” or subpersonalities, each with its own feelings and roles. The goal is to help individuals understand these parts, heal wounded ones, and strengthen the core “Self” so they can function in harmony
